Otolaryngologist - Head and Neck Surgeon with fellowship training in Rhinology

About the Role

Penn State Health is seeking a board-certified/eligible Otolaryngologist—Head and Neck Surgeon with fellowship training in Rhinology to join the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. The department includes 14 full-time physicians, 13 advanced practice providers, 9 audiologists, and 22 speech-language pathologists.

This role offers participation in medical student, resident, and fellow education, robust research opportunities, and the chance to provide comprehensive care to patients while contributing to the mission of improving health and well-being in the community.

Appointment at the Assistant, Associate, or full Professor level, dependent on qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care in Rhinology as a fellowship-trained Otolaryngologist—Head and Neck Surgeon.
• Participate in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Engage in research opportunities within the department.
• Deliver comprehensive patient care in alignment with the health system’s mission.

Requirements

• M.D., M.D./Ph.D., D.O., or equivalent degree.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology with completion of a Rhinology fellowship.
• Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates.
