Other Minds - Executive Director

Job Responsibilities

• Execute OM’s mission and purpose
• Administer OM’s staff and ensure financial sustainability
• Evaluate OM’s programs and operations with clear metrics
• Communicate results effectively to OM’s Board of Directors, funders, and community
• Build and maintain partnerships with funding sources
• Support OM’s Board in fundraising efforts
• Create and sustain productive relationships with foundation, corporate, and government funding sources
• Oversee all aspects of OM’s management and operations
• Direct cash-flow management and resource allocation
• Oversee financial operations, monthly and year-end reporting, and audit compliance
• Closely collaborate with OM’s Artistic Director on strategic planning and public presentation
• Supervise, evaluate, and provide management to OM’s staff
• Foster communication to ensure cohesion and teamwork among staff

Pay

Starting salary range: $80,000–$120,000
