This role is intended for candidates who can identify a specific operational gap, capability expansion, or mission opportunity within Zetier and clearly explain how their background enables them to address it. This is not a general interest application. Requirements

• Demonstrated familiarity with our mission, capabilities, and operating environment (e.g. prior collaboration, customer engagement, or close industry interaction)
• Clearly articulate a specific capability gap or operational needs
• Ability to translate experience into immediate contributions
• Willingness to operate in a dynamic, early-stage environment
• U.S. citizen; able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

Desired qualifications

• Experience operating in small, high-trust technical teams
• Experience supporting national security missions
• Active U.S. security clearance
