Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot OT systems, including MES, OEE, PLC, SCADA and HMI platforms.
- Provide hands-on support to the automation team and help resolve production issues, with escalation paths to senior engineers.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to prevent future issues.
- Support system upgrades and plant-requested changes.
- Partner with operations and plant teams to explain technical issues in clear, easy-to-understand language.
- Balance project work with day-to-day production support.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in controls, OT, automation, IT or engineering within manufacturing.
- Exposure to PLCs, SCADA, HMI or similar control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work hands-on, on the plant floor, in a production environment.
- Able to communicate technical information in simple terms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MES, OEE or other manufacturing systems.
- Exposure to OT/IT infrastructure or systems integration.
