- Configure and support Rockwell Automation platforms including FactoryTalk View, Studio 5000, and RSLinx.
- Collaborate with controls engineers to integrate HMIs with PLCs, sensors, and industrial control equipment.
- Maintain validated configuration sets, software version control, and OT system documentation.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for OT system failures, connectivity interruptions, and PLC/HMI communication issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions for recurring operational technology issues.
- Support OT technology deployments including network setup, HMI installation, and industrial control integration.
- Participate in proof-of-concept testing, continuous improvement initiatives, and system optimization projects.
- Assist with IT and industrial control system integration projects across operational facilities.
- Train and support operations personnel on OT systems, connectivity standards, and best practices.
- Assist with on-call rotations supporting business-critical operational technology systems.

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Automation, or related experience in operational technology environments.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting industrial control systems, HMIs, OT infrastructure, or industrial networking environments.
- Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols including EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and CIP.
- Experience supporting Rockwell Automation software including FactoryTalk View ME/SE, Studio 5000/Logix Designer, and RSLinx Classic or Enterprise.
- Familiarity with Cradlepoint or similar industrial cellular networking platforms and remote connectivity solutions.
- Understanding of PLC/HMI integration, industrial communications, and OT troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and work on computers or industrial equipment for extended periods during standard and extended shifts.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 40 pounds, install hardware, manage cabling, and work around industrial machinery and operational environments.
- Ability to travel to operational sites, work occasional evenings or weekends, and respond to urgent OT support needs when required.
