Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled interventions focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional performance
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus
