Pay

Attractive pay range of $88,000 to $100,000.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of occupational therapy service under a physician-approved plan of care
• Ensure the plan of care addresses all problems identified in the assessment or document rationale if problems are not addressed
• Accountable for the safety and effectiveness of the occupational therapy service delivery process
• Complete documentation timely and accurately
• Supervise home health aide when RN is not active in the case
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of assignment
• Graduate of an occupational therapy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) or successor organizations
• Eligible to take or has successfully completed the entry-level certification examination for occupational therapists by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• One year of related occupational therapy experience (less than one year may be considered with regional clinical leader approval and appropriate mentoring/residency program)
• Current CPR certification
