About the role

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of occupational therapy service under a physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure the plan of care addresses all problems identified in the assessment or document rationale if problems are not addressed.
• Accountable for the safety and effectiveness of the occupational therapy service delivery process.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervise home health aides when an RN is not active in the case.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of assignment.
• Graduate of an occupational therapy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) or successor organizations.
• Eligible to take or has successfully completed the entry-level certification examination for occupational therapists by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• One year of related occupational therapy experience (or approval from regional clinical leaders with appropriate mentoring/residency if less than one year).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Attractive pay range of $88,000 to $100,000, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation reflects cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets and may vary by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
