OSR Coordinator

About the role

The OSR Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the OSR system during operation, including but not limited to clearing rejects and investigating conveyor and systemic faults. The Coordinator is also responsible for the system's upkeep, such as empty tray overflow and case kickout/cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Work with people of diverse backgrounds
• Understand quality control concepts and develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes
• Familiarity with all aspects of operation and maintenance in relation to warehouse operations
• Understand metrics for storage and retrieval of inventory
• Knowledge of warehouse processes in a wide range of functions with the capability of coordinating activities in warehousing operations

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Accounting, Business, or Logistics Management)
• Experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Preferred: Next day delivery operations experience; experience in automated warehouse
• Functional system understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills—verbal, presentation, and writing
• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, nights, and weekends when required
• Lean or Six Sigma Certification preferred

Pay

The anticipated starting salary for this role is $20 per hour to $21 per hour, depending on qualifications such as experience, education, and skillset.
