OSR Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the OSR system during operation, including clearing rejects and investigating conveyor and systemic faults
• Maintain systems upkeep such as empty tray overflow and case kickout/cleanup
• Work with people of diverse backgrounds and understand quality control concepts
• Develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes
• Familiarize with all aspects of operation and maintenance in relation to operations
• Understand metrics for storage and retrieval of inventory
• Knowledge of warehouse processes in a wide range of functions with capability of coordinating activities in warehousing operations

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Accounting, Business or Logistics Management)
• Experience within a warehouse or distribution environment; preferred: Next day delivery operations experience; experience in automated warehouse
• Functional system understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills – verbal, presentation, writing
• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, nights and weekends when required
• Lean or Six Sigma Certification preferred

Pay

The anticipated starting salary for this role is $20 per hour to $21 per hour depending on qualifications such as experience, education, and skillset. In addition to salary, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
