About the role
Tower Engineering Professionals seeks a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions within agreed-upon timeframes
- Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
