About the role

Tower Engineering Professionals seeks a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions within agreed-upon timeframes
  • Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
