Orzetti Named ImageFIRST CEO

ImageFIRST, a provider of healthcare laundry and facility services, operates more than 80 locations and employs over 4,200 associates. The company serves healthcare customers across most major U.S. markets, including outpatient facilities, hospitals, and full health systems.

Acquired by private equity firm Calera Capital in 2018, ImageFIRST has completed more than twenty acquisitions under Calera’s ownership—more than doubling its size—while maintaining 97% customer retention. The company prioritizes a culture of associate engagement, development, and education, with a customer-centric service model designed to support healthcare workers, patients, and communities.

Leadership Transition

Edward H. Orzetti has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, succeeding former CEO Jim Cashman, who will transition to an Advisor to the Board of Directors. Orzetti brings over 30 years of experience building and leading industrial businesses. Previously, he served as an Operating Partner at Calera Capital, where he provided strategic and operational leadership to portfolio companies, including ImageFIRST. Orzetti and his former Calera Capital partner Ethan Thurow led the original acquisition of ImageFIRST.
