About the Role

Seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join a hospital-employed, full-time team specializing in adult reconstructive and total joint procedures. The role involves working with an established program alongside a team of orthopedic professionals and advanced practice providers (APPs), utilizing advanced technologies like Mako Robotics. The surgeon will have shared call duties for one hospital, dedicated OR time with dedicated staff, and privileges at a single facility. Mentorship is available for new graduates.

Responsibilities

  • Perform orthopedic surgeries, primarily in adult reconstructive and joint replacement.
  • Provide general orthopedic call coverage shared with colleagues.
  • Utilize advanced surgical technologies and participate in a collaborative team environment.
  • Contribute to program growth and maintain high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Completion of ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and Total Joints/Adult Reconstruction Fellowship.
  • Strong clinical skills in orthopedic surgery, with a preference for fellowship-trained candidates.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient care abilities.
