Responsibilities
- Performing advanced surgical procedures with expertise in a wide range of orthopedic surgeries, specifically specializing in hip and other total joint cases.
- Diagnosing, treating, and managing a comprehensive array of musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on total joint replacement and reconstruction.
- Ensuring patient-centered care through empathetic communication, clear treatment explanations, and prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, referring physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure seamless and integrated care pathways for total joint patients.
- Maintaining clinical excellence by adhering to best practices, robustly participating in the 1-in-7 call rotation, and upholding accurate medical documentation.
- Committing to professional growth through active engagement in ongoing medical education, quality initiatives, and professional development related to total joint surgery.
Requirements
- MD / DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical licenses in Tennessee and Georgia
- AHA BLS
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-residency experience preferred, but exceptional new graduates will be considered

Pay
The posted compensation range of $680,000 - $720,000 is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Your schedule will include participation in a 1-in-7 call rotation, ensuring balanced coverage and support.
