About the role

The Orthopedic Technologist II (Experienced) is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgical procedures and prepare patients for surgery.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Prepare and maintain orthopedic equipment and supplies.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic technology.
• Current certification as an Orthopedic Technologist.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
