Orthopedic Tech, Per Diem
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or a GED;
- At least one year of experience in the care of orthopedic patients and hospital-related procedures;
- A working knowledge of orthopedic equipment, supplies, and procedures.
Shift Description
Works independently in the maintenance and upkeep of supplies and equipment. Assists physicians and nursing staff in carrying out patient care responsibilities to patients in the area of orthopedic services. Provides services to patients from infancy to mature adults, considering their developmental stage, cognitive, physical, emotional, and psychological status.
