About the role
As an Orthopedic Surgical Sales Representative, you'll become a trusted clinical and business partner to orthopedic surgeons and their teams. You'll provide technical support during surgical procedures, educate healthcare professionals on innovative Arthrex technology, and help grow your territory by delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physician offices, surgery centers, and hospital staff.
- Become an expert on the Arthrex product portfolio through hands-on training.
- Introduce new technologies and educate customers on Arthrex products.
- Grow business through exceptional customer service and relationship management.
- Coordinate inventory, case coverage, and surgical logistics.
- Participate in surgeon education programs, team meetings, and customer events.
- Continuously develop your clinical and sales expertise through ongoing education.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales, medical sales, healthcare, or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Former collegiate athletes, military veterans, athletic trainers, nurses, and healthcare professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to think critically and remain composed in fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career.
