About the Role
Baptist Health-Fort Smith is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join a busy practice. The clinic currently has five physicians—four surgeons and one who performs injections. The call schedule will be one in five.
The physicians in this group split their time between the hospital and clinic, typically spending two and a half days per week in surgery and two and a half days in the clinic. The clinic features on-site casting, lab, and x-ray services and uses Epic for EMR in both the clinic and hospital. The clinic sees between 250-300 new patients monthly.
