Excelsia Injury Care provides management services to a network of healthcare companies, supporting them in delivering comprehensive rehabilitation, diagnostic, surgical, and pain management services for individuals affected by post-traumatic neuro-musculoskeletal injuries. Job Duties

  • Oversight of patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries
  • Preparation of patients for return to work after illness or injury
  • Recommendation of tests to determine the extent of injury and appropriate treatment
  • Upholding the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leading in alignment with the company’s ESG goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
  • BC/BE in Interventional Pain, PM&R, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurology, or Sports Medicine
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state work will be performed
  • Favorable malpractice history
  • Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • DEA license

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities
  • Treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures
  • Physical/Mental Requirements: Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, crawling, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
