Job Summary

This crucial position involves providing exceptional musculoskeletal care while actively contributing to the delivery of the highest quality and most cost-effective healthcare within our integrated delivery system.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of acute and chronic degenerative joint conditions in both dynamic outpatient and critical inpatient settings.
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers, hospitalists, physical therapists, and pain management specialists, fostering a truly integrated approach to complex patient management.
• Work effectively with advanced practice providers, sports medicine specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered treatment plans that optimize outcomes.
• Expand access to specialized, life-improving total joint replacement care for underserved populations.
• Build strong and trust-based relationships with referring providers throughout the region, enhancing our network of critical care.

Required Job Requirements

• Successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty.
• Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”) registration.
• Obtain board certification or eligibility in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital.
• Achieve Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution.
• Hold an active or eligible unrestricted license to practice medicine in Colorado.
