Role Overview: This position is for an MD providing inpatient and clinic orthopedic care at a Level 4 trauma center. Key Responsibilities: Manage comprehensive 24-hour call coverage, including inpatient consultations and emergency department cases, with a focus on joint replacements and fracture repairs. Clinic duties involve outpatient care within scheduled hours, potentially handling pediatric cases. The role includes managing 1-3 calls per day, documenting via EPIC EMR, and ensuring quality patient care. Qualifications & Skills: Board certification is negotiable. The clinician should have experience in orthopedic surgical procedures, emergency and inpatient care, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
