Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon - Full-Time

About the Role

Seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon to join a hospital-employed practice. The candidate should be fellowship-trained in sports medicine with expertise in shoulder and knee arthroscopy, and an interest in developing services for elbow and hip arthroscopy. The role involves leading and expanding the high-demand sports medicine program within a well-established orthopedic group supported by a strong referral network.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced procedures including shoulder and knee arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, meniscal repair, and cartilage restoration.
• Contribute to trauma, joint replacement, hand, pediatric, and foot & ankle services.
• Lead growth of the sports medicine service line, with opportunities to introduce additional procedures.
• Manage a caseload of outpatient and hospital patients, performing office procedures and hospital surgeries.
• Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and advanced practitioners.

Requirements

• Fellowship training in sports medicine.
• Expertise in shoulder and knee arthroscopy; interest in elbow and hip procedures.
• Board certification or eligibility.
• Strong surgical, clinical, and leadership skills.
