Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships and develop sales strategies.
- Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
- Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and meet/exceed territory objectives.
- Address problems that arise at customer accounts.
- Support compliance and ethical standards by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies.
- Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings as required.
- Collect competitive data and stay informed about industry, customer, and competitive trends.
- Lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic experience; sports experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
- Comfortable in open operating room environments.
- Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to Arthrex.
- Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures.
- Prior sales experience is a plus.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Strong public speaking and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions independently.
- Current driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
