Orthopedic Sales Representative – Extremities, Trauma & Orthobiologics

About the role

This is an outstanding opportunity to support orthopedic surgeons throughout the Keyser region while becoming a trusted clinical resource across a broad geographic territory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support during extremity, trauma, and orthobiologic surgical procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physician offices, hospitals, and surgery centers.
  • Become an expert on the Arthrex Extremities, Trauma & Orthobiologics portfolio.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on innovative products, surgical techniques, and technology.
  • Coincordinate surgical cases, inventory, and logistics to ensure exceptional customer support.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Participate in surgeon education programs, cadaver labs, and professional development events.
  • Continuously strengthen your clinical knowledge through ongoing education and training.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree required.
  • Medical device sales, B2B sales, athletic training, nursing, or other healthcare experience preferred.
  • Former collegiate athletes, athletic trainers, nurses, healthcare professionals, and high-performing B2B sales professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain composed in fast-paced operating room environments.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career.
  • Clinical curiosity and the ability to quickly learn complex orthopedic procedures and technologies.

Schedule
