Orthopedic Physical Therapist (Flexible Hours)
Unique Role Highlights
All sessions are conducted one-on-one for a full hour in a private treatment room. This allows therapists to effectively use their problem-solving skills to delve deep into the root causes of client issues, employing creative diagnostic and treatment methods that go beyond traditional approaches. The manageable caseload helps decrease burnout and increase overall job satisfaction—our therapists can vouch for this!
Schedule Flexibility
The role requires a minimum of 18 hours of client visits per week, with specific days and times determined by you. If you aim to treat a higher number of clients per week, we are eager to collaborate with you to meet your professional goals.
Client Care Philosophy
We emphasize the importance of a thorough initial evaluation, which includes assessing not only physical but also psychosocial, environmental, and behavioral factors. By asking deep, meaningful questions from the start, we can pinpoint the underlying causes of a client's pain. It's vital that our therapists connect empathetically, ensuring clients feel seen and understood, thus building trust and paving the way for effective treatment and compassionate care.
