About the Role

We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon with a preference for Hand & Upper Extremity expertise, but are open to considering general orthopedics and other subspecialized orthopedic surgeons to join a highly established and reputable private group in McAllen, TX. This group has been serving the community for over 50 years and offers a very busy practice with a robust referral base.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthopedic surgical care, with a focus on hand and upper extremity cases
• Manage a busy practice with a strong referral network
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice

Qualifications

• Medical degree and completion of an orthopedic surgery residency
• Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery
• Preference for Hand & Upper Extremity fellowship training, but open to other subspecialties or general orthopedics

Pay

Base salary of $750,000 with a bonus based on percentage of collections, offering a realistic and verified income potential of $1.4M+ per year.
