This opportunity offers an established patient base, dependable operating room access, and the support of a collaborative orthopedic team that values efficiency and surgeon autonomy. You’ll build a hand-focused practice within a hospital-employed model designed for long-term sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Practice exclusive orthopedic hand surgery aside from general departmental call
- 7-figure base compensation ($1,000,000+), plus signing bonus and relocation assistance
- Established volumes with opportunity to increase productivity
- Dedicated physician assistant and experienced clinical support staff
- Join the UHS Orthopedic Center which includes nine physicians and 18 orthopedic APPs
- Level II Trauma Center coverage with shared call rotation
- Optional academic affiliation and teaching involvement
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery
- Experience in hand surgery preferred
- Strong clinical and administrative support
- Flexible schedule with predictable weekday hours
Qualifications
- MD degree
- NY State medical license required
