About the role
We are seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon to join a collaborative, community-based healthcare team. This role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage upper extremity conditions
- Perform advanced surgical procedures, including microsurgery, nerve repair, fracture fixation, and arthroscopy
- Provide non-surgical care and rehabilitation
- Participate in call coverage
- Document clinical activities
- Engage in quality improvement and educational activities
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Completed ACGME-accredited residency
- Fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Active medical license
- Expertise in trauma, arthritis, and nerve conditions
- Proficiency in microsurgical techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills
