Wage Range: $148,050 - $187,947 per year
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level.
Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.

About the role

This provider will systematically identify fragility fracture patients across Evergreen’s inpatient, emergency, and outpatient settings; initiate osteoporosis evaluation and treatment; coordinate multidisciplinary care; and ensure seamless handoff to primary care for long-term bone health management.

Responsibilities

  • Join our highly trained and experienced orthopedic surgery team.
  • Practice will be centered around a community-based practice that focuses on Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Ankle and Sports Medicine.
  • Clinic, inpatient and surgical assist.
  • Some night and weekend (after hour) in person responsibility necessary but majority of after hour responsibility is phone based practice coverage.

Requirements

  • Full-time position.
  • Orthopedic / Bone Health - Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
  • Experience in Fragility Fracture Identification, Osteoporosis Evaluation and Treatment.
  • Coordination of Multidisciplinary Care.
  • Seamless Handoff to Primary Care for Long-Term Bone Health Management.
  • Experience in Inpatient, Emergency and Outpatient Settings.
  • Experience in Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Ankle and Sports Medicine.
  • Experience in Clinic, Inpatient and Surgical Assist.
  • Experience in Night and Weekend (After Hour) In-person Responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Medicine (MD) or Doctorate in Nursing (DNP).
  • Current license to practice in Washington State.
  • Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Experience in Fragility Fracture Identification, Osteoporosis Evaluation and Treatment.
  • Coordination of Multidisciplinary Care.
  • Seamless Handoff to Primary Care for Long-Term Bone Health Management.
  • Experience in Inpatient, Emergency and Outpatient Settings.
  • Experience in Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Ankle and Sports Medicine.
  • Experience in Clinic, Inpatient and Surgical Assist.
  • Experience in Night and Weekend (After Hour) In-person Responsibility.

Skills
