You’ll get hands-on experience in patient care, casting, splinting, DME fitting, and injury prevention education—all while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. What You’ll Do Assist in patient intake—rooming, vital signs, and obtaining medical historyTriage and assess patients, prioritizing urgent cases and coordinating care with physicians & APPsProvide patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation, pre/post-op care, and wellnessApply casts, splints, braces, and DME to support recoveryTrain patients on proper device use and gait techniquesAssist with in-office procedures and ensure efficient patient flowDocument patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and clinic staffMaintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety
