Orthopaedic Surgeon - Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopaedic care with a focus on patient outcomes and team collaboration.
• Work with a dedicated team including surgical nurse navigators and rehabilitation staff to promote same-day discharges when appropriate.
• Participate in call coverage on a 1:3 basis, with a schedule of four days of patient care per week.
• Utilize onsite referral sources and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, board certified or eligible, trained in an ACGME-accredited residency program.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $750k-$900k, transitioning to a production-based model.
