Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dentistry and excellent patient care
• Work in a multi-specialty approach with comprehensive services including general, orthodontic, surgical, cosmetic, and restorative dental treatments
• Operate in modern, fully digital practices with state-of-the-art technology
• Treat a majority of PPO and fee-for-service patients
• Enjoy 100% clinical autonomy and a strong internal referral base
• Benefit from a dedicated specialty team including orthodontic assistants and managers

Requirements

• Ability to travel to multiple offices with your personal orthodontic support team
• Establish and grow long-term patient and team relations
• Pursue lifelong clinical and practice management learning/education
• Ensure the quality of care for patients while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited university
• Completion of Orthodontist Residency Program
• Active or pending State Dental Board License
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
