Job Description

• Evaluate patients, diagnose and develop treatment plans, and use the latest technologies to correct malocclusions and other abnormalities of the teeth and jaws.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Fit and adjust braces and other orthodontic appliances.
• Maintain and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide education and counseling on dental health and proper oral hygiene.
• Examine X-rays and other diagnostic images to better understand patient needs.
• Evaluate and record dental and facial irregularities.
• Monitor the growth and development of the jaws and teeth of children and adults.
• Make referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Assist with training of new clinical staff.
• Participate in companywide trainings and meetings.
• Assist with evaluations of new and existing clinical staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Licenses to work in Ohio
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours/Location

Monday- Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
