Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional orthodontic care to patients of all ages
• Work alongside a dedicated, experienced team focused on clinical outcomes and patient experience

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
• Active Maryland dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong clinical orthodontic skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient-first mindset with a commitment to quality care
• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

• Experience in orthodontic treatment planning and execution
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain patient records efficiently
