Responsibilities
- Provide orthodontic care to pediatric patients.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Certificate in Orthodontics.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state of care; license must be in good standing or eligible for licensure.
- No sanctions for Medicare, Medicaid, or any licensing board.
