Premier opportunity in Northern California: join an established, highly productive orthodontic suite backed by a respected multi-site network across the Sacramento Valley and Central Valley. We are seeking a personable, high-efficiency clinician to lead our Stockton location starting October 2026.

  • Dr. Andrey Gaiduchik, DDS (ABO Board-Certified): Advanced specialist in adult airway-centric expansion, MARPE, and MSE techniques, utilizing cutting-edge digital technology for smart, efficient tooth movement.
  • Dr. Christian Hoybjerg, DDS, MS: Passionate advocate for transformational smile journeys, fostering a high-vibe, family-like environment for both staff and patients.
  • Dr. Aimee Zakaluzny, DMD, MS (ABO Board-Certified): Former U.S. Air Force specialist and resident mentor bringing nearly two decades of combined general and orthodontic surgical expertise.
  • Dr. Steven H. Scott, DDS, MS: UCLA and University of Michigan graduate with 28+ years of clinical mastery focused on functional occlusion, patient-centered care, and confidence-building.

Compensation

  • Guaranteed Daily Base: $1,650 per day, offering strong financial peace of mind.
  • Production/Collection Bonus: Transparent, lucrative upside designed to reward high clinical throughput and strong case acceptance.

Turnkey support includes dedicated, bilingual (English/Spanish) RDA clinical support staff and trained treatment coordinators to handle pre-authorizations, financial presentations, and chairside prep so you can focus entirely on patient care.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of clinical orthodontic experience preferred, with a proven track record of strong case presentation, chairside efficiency, and high treatment conversion.
  • Clinical Mastery: Exceptional diagnosis and treatment planning skills across children, teens, and adults—including complex malocclusions, Phase I/II mechanics, and clear aligner therapies (Invisalign/ClearCorrect).
  • Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited U.S. dental school.
  • Specialty Certification: Successful completion of an accredited U.S. Orthodontic Residency program.
  • Licensure: Active (or eligible for) California Dental License and appropriate specialty credentials in good standing.
  • Soft Skills: Warm, personable chairside manner with the ability to connect easily with families, explain treatment options clearly, and inspire trust.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based orthodontic care to a diverse patient base.
  • Lead treatment consultations, present clinical findings, and answer patient/parent questions to foster high case acceptance.
  • Oversee chairside delivery, wire placements, appliance adjustments, and debonding workflows alongside our skilled dental assisting team.
  • Maintain accurate digital diagnostic records, treatment notes, and progress tracking.
