Requirements
- Customer Service or sales experience required; dental experience is a plus!
- Dental Radiology Certification a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
- High level knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options is preferred.
What You'll Do
- Welcome kiddos and make them feel comfortable.
- Present orthodontic treatment plans and explain insurance coverage & financing options.
- Ensure all necessary treatment documentation is completed, signed, and accurate.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Create a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo.
- Maintain smooth patient flow and maintain a kid-friendly environment.
