Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and bilingual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to be the face of our ortho program. In this role, you will guide families through the orthodontic journey — from the initial consultation through treatment acceptance — building trust, presenting treatment plans, and helping families understand their financial options.

Responsibilities

• Greet families warmly and walk them through the ortho consultation experience
• Present treatment plans and recommendations from the orthodontist in clear, family-friendly terms
• Discuss financial options confidently with parents, including insurance coverage, down payments, and monthly payment plans
• Follow up with families who haven't yet started treatment to answer questions and help them move forward
• Cook up with the front desk and clinical team to schedule starts and keep the ortho schedule full
• Track consults, follow-ups, and conversions so we know how the program is performing

Requirements

• Outgoing, warm, and energetic personality — this is the #1 requirement
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Comfortable and confident discussing finances and payment plans with families
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow up consistently

Qualifications

• Experience in dental, orthodontics, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required — we train the right person

Schedule

5 days per week, including approximately 2 Saturdays per month (Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturdays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
