Responsibilities

• Support orthodontic offices throughout the country, helping kids start the orthodontic treatment they want and deserve.
• Work with kids and parents all over the US – from our local Norcross office.
• Be a part of a team that helps children develop lifelong healthy habits.

Requirements

• Customer Service or sales experience required; orthodontic experience is a plus, will train the right person.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a HUGE plus!
• Preference given to those with knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options.
• Full-time role (30+ hours per week), 5 days/week preferred.
• Must be dependable with a strong attention to detail.

Pay

Pay Range $20-25/hour - Depending on experience and bi-lingual capabilities

Schedule

• In local office (Norcross, GA), supporting 5-7 orthodontic practices across the US
• Follows office hours
• Daily case acceptance bonus paid bi-weekly with high earning potential
