About the Role

As the Orthodontic Concierge & Treatment Liaison, you will serve as the face, voice, and trusted guide for our families, curating a premium patient experience from the initial handshake to the final, beautiful smile. You will blend emotional intelligence with financial acumen to make life-changing care accessible and seamless.

Responsibilities

  • Curate the First Impression: Welcome families into our practice, establishing an immediate atmosphere of warmth, luxury, and trust.
  • Consultative Storytelling: Translate complex orthodontic treatment plans into clear, exciting, and digestible goals for patients and parents.
  • Financial Architecture: Empower families by designing financial solutions, navigating insurance advantages, and structuring seamless payment plans.
  • Journey Management: Serve as the single point of contact for families, seamlessly coordinating scheduling, digital onboarding, and ongoing support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with our elite clinical team and doctors to ensure the transition from consultation to care is flawless.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of success in high-end sales, luxury hospitality, premium customer experience, or healthcare/dental consulting (orthodontic experience is a plus).
  • A Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Communications, or Healthcare) is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to command a room with empathy.
  • Digitally fluent: comfortable navigating advanced CRM systems, digital scheduling platforms, and modern financial tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly valued.

Pay

$41,000 - $54,000 annually (commensurate with experience, education, and ability to drive results).
