About the role
A high-demand opportunity with immediate surgical volume. No community competition. A bread-and-butter spine practice with a balanced weekly schedule of 2–2.5 days in clinic, 2–2.5 days in the OR, and 0.5 day for administrative time. Strong referral network and experienced support staff. A new, state-of-the-art ASC opening onsite at the main location in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex spinal surgeries
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to research and clinical trials
- Teach and mentor residents and fellows
Requirements
- Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Eligible for or currently holding a Louisiana medical license
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Completed residency in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Completed fellowship in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery
- Passing score on the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) examination

Pay
Guaranteed base salary + productivity bonus as an associate. No buy-in required for partnership eligibility. Additional income potential as a partner.
