Seeking a full-time Ortho Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, manage injuries, and maintain an active lifestyle. The role involves delivering personalized 45-minute one-on-one sessions, managing appointments efficiently, and collaborating within a team-oriented outpatient practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
• Document progress and manage patient charts accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in practice activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s) from an accredited program.
• Active Oregon PT license.
• Strong teamwork, punctuality, professional presentation, and reliable attendance.
• BLS certification may be required.

Work Environment

• Work in a locally owned outpatient practice with multiple locations.
• Participate in a collaborative, team-focused environment with regular events.
• Flexibility to work at other nearby locations if desired.
