Job Summary
You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess patients, perform skilled procedures, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, comprehensive care to patients post-surgery, ensuring they feel safe and relaxed.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing 30 beds and focusing on patient details.
- Welcome new patients, ensure they have necessary medications, and educate families and patients about home care.
- Collaborate with a team of nurses dedicated to patient well-being.
Required Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse certification (AR).
- Basic Life Support - CPR within 30 days.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 12-18 months.
- 6 months of acute care experience (new graduates or nurses without acute care experience participate in a residency training program).
Preferred
- Previous ortho/neuro experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Pay Range
$32.38 - $43.68 /hour
