Originating External Sales Manager

About the role

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full Time Originating External Sales Manager to maintain personal production while supervising a team of Loan Originators. This position operates under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Attend new referral source meetings
• Maintain personal production goals
• Develop and maintain Realtor relationships
• Recruit Loan Originators at the discretion of the Branch Manager
• Supervise and coach Loan Originators to ensure they meet production goals
• Train Loan Originators on proper sales techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through
• Monitor the quality of loans originated by Loan Originators to ensure compliance with company policy and guidelines
• Monitor Loan Originators' compensation plans and balance them with production

Requirements

Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry.
