About the role

Buncombe Partnership for Children (BPFC) is seeking a consultant to lead a staff retreat to review and update our values and guiding beliefs related to work culture. Our values were reviewed and updated during our last strategic plan, which ended in 2023. Since then, our staff has expanded with many members who joined BPFC after 2023. Given the growth of our organization, recent staff transitions and changes in the early childhood environment, it is important that we revisit our values as a first step to our new strategic plan.
