Organizational Change Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Organizational Change Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will support large-scale public sector transformation efforts by guiding organizational change management and training across complex system implementations. The right candidate will partner with program leaders, stakeholders, and business teams to drive adoption, reduce resistance, and strengthen readiness for change. Success in this position will depend on the ability to translate change strategy into practical execution that improves stakeholder alignment and program outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $154,375 – $193,125 annually Responsibilities Guide and execute organizational change management and training initiatives for public sector transformation programs Develop tailored change management strategies aligned with program goals and stakeholder needs Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments Design and implement communication and resistance management plans Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and build change agent networks Define and monitor change adoption KPIs, adjusting strategies based on insights Lead the design and delivery of training programs across key functional areas Qualifications 7+ years of experience in public sector organizational change management programs or training curricula for system implementations 3+ years in a similar role focused on organizational change management Experience in transportation or tollway industries with a customer and systems focus Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci and ADKAR Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Long-term and Short-term Disability Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts Various insurance options including Accident and Critical Illness 401(k) plan with contributions based on salary Paid holidays and Paid Time Off Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
