Organizational Change Management Consultant - Hybrid at Warner Robins, GA

Job Summary

Provide direct, hands-on support to end-users of the MRO system in a defense aircraft maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement organizational change initiatives related to MRO processes and systems
• Identify and engage key stakeholders and influencers to drive successful change adoption
• Develop and deliver clear, effective communication and training materials
• Conduct employee engagement activities to promote adoption of new systems and processes
• Identify risks and resistance to change, and implement strategies to mitigate them
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and focus groups as needed
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure alignment throughout the change lifecycle
• Leverage change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) to guide change efforts
• Leverage experience with Impresa software and aircraft maintenance environments
• Support defense/aerospace clients with a focus on MRO system transitions
