Organizational Change Consultant
About the Role
This position is part of a pipeline requisition created to identify and engage qualified consultants for anticipated, upcoming client work. While there is not an immediate assignment available, we are actively building a pool of talent for future Mid-Level Project Managers to Operations needs. Candidates selected through this process may be contacted as opportunities become available.
Travel expectations: 10% travel to Chicago. Job classification: Temporary (W2T).
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change strategy development.
- Develop and execute integrated change management, communications, and learning plans.
- Create communications, engagement materials, and targeted adoption strategies.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and develop support materials such as job aids and quick reference guides.
- Monitor, assess, and report on organizational readiness, adoption progress, and transformation risks.
- Partner closely with program and market leaders to support deployment planning and cutover readiness.
- Provide regular status updates, insights, and risk escalations to leadership teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of organizational change management experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience leading change efforts for large technology, planning, or business transformation programs across multiple markets.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in complex, matrixed environments.
- Experience collaborating within established transformation programs and aligning across related workstreams.
- Experience supporting nonprofit organizations or mission-driven environments is highly valued.
