Work you'll do
- Advise clients on workforce and change priorities that support business transformation and operating model changes.
- Assess stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, and culture considerations; develop mitigation and adoption strategies.
- Design and execute communication, learning, and user adoption plans, including training materials, job aids, and other enablement assets.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, synthesize findings, and develop presentations and recommendations for client and project leadership.
- Support project delivery through cross-functional collaboration, risk management, agile ways of working, and contributions to practice development, recruiting, and proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously
- 2+ years of experience leading business development in a consulting or professional services environment, including pipeline development, client pursuit management, and proposal or request for proposal (RFP) response ownership
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, workforce transformation, organization design, or change transformation
- 8+ years of experience developing and executing communication plans
- 8+ years of experience developing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, including data visualization, storytelling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- 6+ years of facilitation experience
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
