About the role

The role is responsible for managing the university's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and security of all systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the university’s network infrastructure
• Oversee the implementation and support of new software and hardware solutions
• Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in IT management
• Experience with cloud computing platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems
• Experience with network administration tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
